My name is James Bonanni and I work in IT with a Data Center specialization. The opening of this Blog dates back to August 2018 as I felt compelled to share with my followers Instagram information particularly useful in the Homebrewing field. As far as I'm concerned the current production technique is BIAB, I think that up to non-excessive output and especially at home, it is better to simplify life as much as possible to take into more complex technical considerations that can only bring benefits to those of this art does a job.
